At Societe, we want you to shop with ease and comfort, we all go through the frustration of misfitting clothes or unflattering cuttings. Fret not, we are dedicated to enable the modern women to look fabulous with the least shopping hassles.
1:ORDERS
2:PERSONAL ORDERS
Orders are based upon a preorder system. Each preorder includes shipping & arrival of items that will take an approximately
5-7 days (normal price). Estimated waiting time will be advised upon confirmation of your order. Therefore, if you are unable to wait according to the item's arrival time, kindly refrain from ordering to avoid disappointment. **NEW** Opt for express delivery for an additional charge of $10 for arrival of items within 3 days.
Orders are not confirmed until Societe invoice is issued as stock availability has to be checked. Upon receiving our invoice, purchase will not be made until full payment with receipt (ATM Trafnsfer/Ibanking) reference is made within 12hours. In the chance of an out of stock item after payment, a full refund will be made directly to the buyer.
Personalize style shopping is available upon request, in which customers can send their specific types of styles, colors and designs of clothing to societesales@gmail.com . Upon an interaction, Société will do their utmost best to find the styles to suit your needs and wants with an open communication. Prices vary according to the type of clothing. Consultation is free of charge.

2:MAILING
Items will be locally shipped to your stated mailing address within 2-3 days upon arrival at the warehouse unless shipment is delayed or other unforeseen circumstances. Registered or normal mailing can be chosen according to your preference. Costs of mailing will be accordance to the weight of the item. Usual charges are as follows; Registered mail: $5, Normal mail: $3. However, registered mail is strongly advised as you will not be able to track your normal mail. Societe will not be held accountable upon lost or damage of normal mail.
3:RETURNS
We appologize that no returns or refunds upon confirmation of orders can be made unless the item has gone out of stock.
Kindly ensure the size and color you have selected is your desired choice and fit. If you are unsure of your sizing and fit, you can refer to the size and measurements chart page or drop us an email to clarify your doubts.
